The “Multiple Sclerosis” (MS) research unit is part of the complex clinical unit named “Neuromotor rehabilitation – MS Center” - Milano
Our inpatient ward is a referral center for the multimodal rehabilitation of complex and disabling MS cases, following both standardised and research protocols. The MS Center is part of the national network of centers for MS care and contributes to the Italian MS Register, one of the largest european sources of “big data” for multicenter studies.
Research activities include studies on neurorehabilitation, on biomarkers and on the psychological and cognitive features of MS.
