Artificial Intelligence and Bioengineering for Rehabilitation Unit - Firenze

The unit aims to study, develop, and validate computational methods to improve patient stratification and prognostic correctness, and thus personalize the therapeutic plan and a better healthcare organization.

The computational methods studied enable automated decision support systems in rehabilitation medicine for clinical practice. The proposed data-driven methods start from two main sources: clinical data from structured data acquisition and instrumental data, mainly derived from neurophysiological assessments (EEG, EMG, wearables).
