Multiple Sclerosis Research Unit - Firenze
The Multiple Sclerosis Research Unit carries out its activity within the “Multiple Sclerosis Rehabilitation & Cognitive Training Lab”, present in the IRCCS of Florence.
The research unit was born thanks to the intense collaboration with the neurological rehabilitation of the AOU Careggi. In recent years, this joint venture has resulted in numerous national and international research projects. CogEx, NEUROARTP3 and RELIABLE are just some of the names projects carried out by the team of multidisciplinary researchers.
The purpose with which this Research Unit was created is to carry out scientific research in the field of both physical and cognitive rehabilitation of Multiple Sclerosis, to thus offer our patients the best personalized rehabilitation treatments, taking into account the latest multimodal and multidisciplinary scientific literature updates.
